Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to the quality of nueDisc. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

Reason for Return:

  • Product received has passed its expiry date.
  • Delivered with manufacturing defects.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product, quantity, or variant delivered.

Condition of Products:

  • Must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • Free from damage, tampering, or signs of improper storage.

Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide a brief description of the issue. Invoice or receipt must accompany all return and exchange requests. 

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products purchased under special clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
  • Products with expiry dates disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer.

Return Process 

  1. Contact us to initiate the return or exchange request. Provide the following details:
  • Product name and batch number.
  • Expiry date (if applicable).
  • Reason for return or exchange.
  • Supporting documents (invoice and photographs, if required).
  1. Approval:
  • Request will be reviewed within 5 working days.
  1. Return Shipment:
  • If approved, we will provide shipping instructions or arrange for product pickup.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the us.
  1. Resolution:
  • Upon receiving and verifying the product(s), we will either:
  • Replace the product(s), or
  • Issue a credit note or refund

Refund

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: You will receive the credit within 7-14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time. 
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent. If you need exchange for the same item, please contact our support team at hello@neudisc.com

General Terms

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to Newtrience Sdn Bhd approval.
  • This policy applies exclusively to products supplied directly by Newtrience Sdn Bhd.
  • Newtrience Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice.
